Rules of Entry

1. To participate, complete an entry form with your name, address, and phone number, and submit it online.
2. The contest will be conducted March 1st - March 14th.Grand prize drawing will be held on March 17th.
3. You must be 16 years of age or older to win. One entry per pre-paid card purchase. You need not be present to win. Void where prohibited.
